Pricing, licensing, refunds and how to reach us.

Before you buy

FolderNode Pro is a license for the macOS app that removes the limits on files per run and saved workflows. Please try the Free version with your Mac and files before purchasing.

Price, payment and delivery

The regular price is US$29 including tax, paid once. There is no subscription or recurring charge. Check the checkout for any discount and the final amount payable. Your network provider or payment provider may charge separate connection, currency-conversion or payment fees.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and payment is taken at purchase. Your license key is delivered in the purchase email after successful checkout. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us with your order details. Get the app from the download page.

License scope

One license allows one person to activate and use Pro on up to two of their own Macs, including for work. Businesses and teams need one license per user. Do not share or resell your license key.

The license has no expiry. It covers the current v1 features and any v1 updates we release. It does not guarantee future major versions, new features, a particular update schedule or indefinite support.

Activation and deactivation require an internet connection. Pro works offline for 30 days after the last successful verification, then requires online verification again. A license without an expiry still depends on the licensing service for verification.

When moving to a new Mac, deactivate the old Mac in Settings → License before activating the new one. If the old Mac is unavailable, contact us with your order details for help resetting its activation slot.

Refunds

We accept refund requests made within 14 days of purchase for unresolved defects or duplicate purchases. Contact [email protected] with your order number and details. For defects, we will review possible solutions and issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

We generally do not offer refunds for other changes of mind. Your rights under applicable law and refund decisions made by Lemon Squeezy under its own policies take precedence over this policy.

Compatibility and support

The current distribution supports Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 13 or later. An Intel Mac version is not available. See the download page for compatibility. Compatibility with future macOS versions is not guaranteed.

Usage instructions are in the Docs. Email us for purchase, activation or bug inquiries. We do not promise a specific response or resolution time for technical support. Requests for operator information are handled promptly as described below. Back up important files and try a copy first.

Operator and contact

Developed and operated under the FolderNode brand. Contact [email protected]. The operator’s legal name, business address and telephone number will be disclosed promptly by email upon request. You may request this information at the email address above before purchasing. We will provide it with sufficient time for you to consider it before deciding whether to purchase.

Sales and payments are handled through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. The Lemon Squeezy terms displayed at checkout also apply to your purchase. Contact FolderNode for app usage, activation and technical support.

Software and customer rights

Software rights remain with their respective owners. You do not transfer ownership of your files or outputs to FolderNode. Third-party components are governed by their own licenses; these terms do not limit those rights. See the third-party notices.

These terms do not limit your rights under applicable law. Keep a copy of the terms applicable to your purchase with your order records. See our privacy information for how data is handled.
